- Housing design & materials create a rugged, watertight and weather-proof enclosure to protect electrical components from water, dust, & other harsh environmental contaminants
- Waterproof connection beyond IP68 requirements, when used with industry standard cable sealing glands
- Same components will work with wire sizes from #10 to #24 AWG (0.25 to 4.0mm²) and all colored housings
- 1,500 mating cycles minimum
- 30A per contact at a 30ºC temperature rise on outer 4 positions
- Multiple contact versions to meet most power and signal electrical needs
- Helps prevent fingers (or probes) from accidentally touching live contacts. Fingerproof Powerpole connectors meet UL 1977 and EC/ IEC 60529 finger probe test.
- Internal housing components can be color coded to wires for ease of assembly
